Terms and conditions
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use www.toastie.me, including our guides, the savings calculator and the Register your interest form. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Who we are
This site is run by Toastie Home Services Ltd ("Toastie", "we", "us"). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17414616, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
To contact us, email [email protected] or write to us at our registered office.
Our plans aren't on sale yet
Toastie plans, which bring together monitoring, servicing and insurance-backed cover, can't be bought through this site yet. Registering your interest doesn't create a contract and doesn't commit you or us to anything. It just means we'll tell you when plans open, and, if you ticked the box, send you news and offers.
Any plan details or prices shown on the site are for information and may change before plans open. When they do, each plan will come with its own terms, and any insurance with its own policy wording and product information document. Those documents, not these terms, will apply to a plan you take out.
Information on this site
Our guides, articles and other pages give general information about heat pumps, solar panels, home batteries and EV chargers. They aren't advice for your situation, and they aren't financial, insurance, legal or technical advice. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we can't promise they are complete or current. Before acting on them, check with a suitably qualified person, such as an MCS certified installer, your insurer or a financial adviser.
The savings calculator
The savings calculator gives estimates only. They are worked out from your answers and from typical figures, such as energy prices, equipment efficiency and servicing costs, which change over time. An estimate isn't a quote, a survey or a promise of savings.
What you actually spend and save depends on your home, the installation, how you use your heating and future energy prices. A qualified installer should survey your home before you decide to install a heat pump.
Postcode and home energy data
To save you time, the site can check your postcode and look up your home's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on the government's EPC register. You can choose not to have your EPC looked up. This data comes from the sources credited under "Where this data comes from" on the forms that use it, and we show it as they publish it. We don't check it, so we can't promise it is accurate or up to date for your home.
Toastie isn't connected to or endorsed by the organisations that publish this data. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy notice.
