GivEnergy battery not charging or discharging: what to do

The short answer
Check the app's battery mode, schedule and reserve level first, then the isolators. If it still won't cycle, note the error code and get an engineer to look at the BMS and inverter.
1. Battery mode
Check the mode and any timed charge or discharge slots. A tariff change can leave the slots out of date.
2. Reserve level
If the reserve is set high, the battery will stop discharging early.
3. Isolators and connection
Make sure isolators are on and the system is online. Don't open the enclosure.
4. Error codes
Write down any codes and the firmware version. An engineer will need both.
